Are all Twin Oats products vegan and gluten-free?
Yes. Our promise is Always Vegan, Always Gluten-free! We make small-batch snacks with gluten-free oats and organic ingredients. Recipes can contain peanuts, cashews, or other specific ingredients, so please check each product before ordering if you have allergies.
Where do you offer free delivery?
We offer free local delivery in Loudoun County, Virginia. Available delivery and shipping options are shown in secure Shopify Checkout before payment.
What is inside the Large Sampler Pack?
Each 12-ounce sampler includes 24 Oat Bites: six Cinnamon Roll, six Peanut Butter, six Peanut Crunch, and six of one rotating flavor chosen according to seasonal availability and production. Samplers are pre-packed, so individual flavors cannot be selected or substituted.
Are the tarts baked?
Never. Our tarts are handcrafted raw with an organic, gluten-free oat crust. Most have a silky cashew crème filling, while flavors such as Carrot Cake may use a recipe-specific filling. Choose a 4-inch personal tart, 8-inch family tart, or 12-inch celebration tart. Tarts are available for local delivery or pickup only.
Can I order a monthly snack box?
Yes. Choose a Discovery, Twin, or Family Box and send us your flavor preferences. We will confirm the monthly price, first available delivery date, and secure Shopify subscription checkout before recurring billing begins.
How do wholesale customers order?
Approved wholesale customers sign in securely through Shopify to access the private wholesale catalog, pricing, and order quantities. New retailers can apply online and upload a Virginia ST-10 resale certificate when applicable. Payment is due at the time of order unless prearranged; NET terms are not currently offered.
Do you offer school or nonprofit fundraisers?
Yes. Our holiday fundraiser gift box is $29 and includes one Large Sampler Pack, two Instant Oatmeal cups, and one Quinoa Crisps pack. Printable student order forms, homeroom summaries, a master consolidation sheet, and an Excel planning toolkit are available online.
